Upspec Services Pty Ltd is a Sydney based Remedial Building company established in 2020. Our focus is on the preservation and sustainability of structures through the undertaking of remedial construction processes. Our works range from concrete crack repairs in walls, floors or foundations, waterproofing issue detection + repairs, remediation and protection of structural elements including concrete and steel, the rectification of defects and continuous improvement to property assets. Our aim is to protect and preserve the structural integrity of property assets whilst capitalising on any opportunity to improve the aesthetics and finishes throughout the remedial works process. We pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of material and design technologies and applying the highest standards of materials, workmanship, safety and environmental processes.
